Reservation

Reservation

To reserve the motorhome, a payment of 30% of the final price must be made. This payment can be made by credit card or by wire transfer. If you prefer, you can contact us.

Remainder of payment

The remaining 70% of the amount must be paid 14 calendar days before the vehicle pick-up date.

Bail

At the moment of picking up the vehicle we will retain, from your credit card, the amount of 900€ as a deposit to cover any damage to the vehicle. Once the vehicle is returned, and within a maximum period of 48 hours, the deposit will be refunded in full, provided that the vehicle is in the same condition as when you rented it.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation, a percentage of the amount paid will be refunded, depending on the advance notice given.

  • Cancellation before 30 days from the start of the rental date: penalty of 50%.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 16 days from the start of the rental period: penalty of 80%.
  • Cancellation less than 16 days before the start of the rental period: penalty of 100%.
